Standard Shipping Australia Wide is $7.95.

Express Shipping Australia Wide is $11.95.

Free Shipping is available for orders over $60.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to keep an eye on your Stay tray as it makes its way to you.

Orders are dispatched from our Mornington Peninsula HQ everyday. Delivery times are based on your location and are estimates only. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to reach you. We will contact customers if there is likely to be a delay. During busy times and bad weather, delivery times may be extended.

 

We rely on Australia Post for our shipping. Stay tray does not accept any responsibility for incorrect information provided by the customer.

Every Stay tray order is trackable. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep up to date on where their package is.

International orders will be sent Via Australia Post. Depending on your country shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
