Returns

We have a 12-month replacement warranty from date of delivery (or in store purchase) for any defect / fault in our  product. This does not extend to a particular cup / beverage not fitting perfectly, nor damage caused by forcing a vessel that is simply too large. If your Stay tray doesn’t function as you expected, please contact us via our website contact us page and we can discuss.  The warranty does not extend to wear and tear over time.
